This major weakness for this method was that information is likely to reach very few prospective candidates due to the papers narrow coverage. Moreover, during recruitment, the whole process was entrusted on three people (Miranda, 2014). Due to time limitation, the three teachers did not have sufficient time to develop concise interview questions. Therefore, everyone developed their own question giving chances for bias and favourism. This saw the school hire some wrong people (Susan, 2014).To improve on the advertising for vacancies, I would consider using media that are more popular. For instance, for managerial position, I would opt for internal communication. This would help motivate them to work hard (Miranda, 2014). For the general positions, I would make use of national newspapers that have wider coverage, social media sites like the schools Facebook page, and using online job sites.
